Quality Control Department Position

Works in the Quality Control Department and performs various administrative duties as needed for the Quality Supervisor and Quality Control department. Utilizes computer skills and demonstrates the ability to use a variety of software programs. Maintains existing quality data and creates new spreadsheets, documents, and flow charts as required. Achievement of objectives must include an overriding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility. Enable and Drive Change in the Organization.

What Success Looks Like :

• Writes QC Inspection Reports.
• QC Appendixes (Mechanical Inspection Reports).
• Machine Shop Inspection Reports.
• First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
• Reviews all new Engineering Product Releases & ECO's.
• Schedules all Outside Services such as Calibration services.
• Performs all Oracle Transactions, Inquires, and writes Oracle Requisitions.
• Performs data collection as required for both Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Generates all required Labels including Bar Code Labels.
• Scan all non-digital documents.
• Other responsibilities may include : Generation of some Shipping Memos. Travel Assistance.
• Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business. Not a comprehensive list of duties. Duties may change without notice at management's sole discretion.

What You Need To Be Successful :

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical position. Will be required to follow all safety measures in the Quality department including safety shoes and equipment.
