About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and drive the organization's operational strategies in alignment with its business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, including the development and implementation of operational strategies, capital investment planning, and facility optimization. This role also involves close collaboration across departments to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Vice President of Operations will be a champion of operational excellence, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of accountability and recognition. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations at the company include leadership and talent development, operational management to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and service excellence, and financial oversight to manage facility-level P&L performance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in a manufacturing environment, and a strong background in financial management and analytics. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, who is willing to travel up to 60%. A background in Lean Manufacturing principles and experience with ISO / BRC standards is preferred. The candidate should be adept at driving a culture of continuous improvement, leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and be committed to delivering high-quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
