Workday Technology Manager

A company is looking for a Workday Technology Manager to provide functional and technical leadership in the development and support of their global Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the Workday system and all downstream integrations across various modules

Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring effective design, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions

Mentor and manage a team of Workday professionals, promoting technical excellence and collaboration

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience, including 3+ years in team management

Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules

Deep knowledge of Workday's integration frameworks, including Workday Studio and APIs

Workday certifications in relevant modules are preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
