Credit / AP Clerk

We are seeking a Credit / AP Clerk to join our credit and accounts payable team. This position is credit-focused, supporting high-volume credit processes while assisting with accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities :

• Collect, process, and reconcile accounts receivable; resolve short pays, claims and disputes
• Review and process customer credit applications; investigate credit backgrounds, pull credit reports, and make recommendations and request updated credit applications
• Process monthly late charges and statements
• Perform collection activities as directed, and maintain collection notes in computer system
• Process preliminary information for pre-lien notices, send Lien Releases, file liens, bond claims, UCCs and stop notices
• Match, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances
• Assist with maintaining accurate and organized AP files and records

Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
