Summary : We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Lot Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the organization and safety of company parking lots moving trucks between multiple warehouses within the tri-state area and assisting operations and dispatch teams as needed. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities :

• Move company trucks between warehouses and parking lots within the tri-state area.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections and properly document findings.
• Assist Operations and Dispatch with inspecting and verifying truck loads.
• Distribute materials and maintain accurate records for end-of-shift reporting.
• Assist with parking lot upkeep including removing garbage boxes and other refuse.
• Remind crews to return trucks in clean condition and document truck condition upon return.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs (e.g. replacing mirrors installing plates etc.).
• Drive trucks to and from repair shops when needed.
• Monitor material disposal to minimize waste and ensure a clear and organized lot.
• Maintain communication with Dispatch and Operations.
• Work safely in all weather conditions and assist with vehicle maneuvering and safety.
• Maintain consistent attendance and professional behavior aligned with company values.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Schedule : Typically Monday-Friday 2 : 00PM-10 : 00PM. Flexibility is required as shifts may start earlier or end later depending on business needs. Weekends as needed.

Pay : $17.00-$19.00 / hourly
