As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will work in one of our call centers where you will engage customers via inbound calls, chat messages, and email. By utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will identify their needs and present tailored solutions from our suite of products and services, including Spectrum Internet, Mobile, streaming and linear Video, and Voice, guiding them through the purchasing process, to meet your sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Up to one year of sales experience is required; two or more years of call center sales experience is preferred.
