How You'll Make An Impact

We're looking for a Manager of Change Management to use thoughtful, human-centered change management practices to support SiriusXM's high-priority initiatives, including culture transformation. Working in the People and Culture function as a direct report to the Director, Change Management, you will make change management a valuable, trusted enterprise partner and drive our evolution when you help teams navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose through effective change execution, enablement, influence, measurement, storytelling and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a visible role model and trusted advisor to translate transformation goals into human-centered activation plan across SiriusXM - Develop and execute end-to-end organizational change management activities and plans, including impact assessments, communication strategy, training plans and feedback loops to drive readiness, adoption, engagement, improvement, and operationalizing lasting behavior change - Create high-impact communications assets including but not limited to email campaigns, intranet content, executive updates, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) documents - Activate and lead an enterprise cross-functional change champion network to support internal teams in applying tools and resources and partner in capturing insights, success stories and best practices that can be shared at scale - Co-facilitate learning sessions and working groups with learning and development to scale adoption of the change management framework and change literacy. - Develop adoption dashboards linking readiness and engagement insights to workforce and capability planning

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $101,000 to $135,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
