About the Client :
We’re working with a leading multi-disciplinary engineering firm with a strong presence in the Midwest. Due to sustained project growth, they are seeking a Structural Engineer II to join their Naperville office.
Core Function :
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from proposal through delivery
- Collaborate with senior engineers and executive staff
- Supervise junior engineers and oversee technical accuracy
- Conduct site visits and provide field coordination
- Design and analyze using software like RISA 3D and Excel
- Ensure adherence to AISC, ACI, ASCE, NDS, and local building codes
- Support client relationships and assist in business development
