Accounting Manager

Robert Half has partnered with a construction company in Englewood in search of an Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position is paying $100,000-$135,000 + bonus! The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following : manage accounts payable and receivable processes, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end close, track and allocate costs to individual jobs / projects, monitor budgets vs. actuals for each job, collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking, prepare monthly WIP schedules, analyze project performance and revenue recognition using percentage-of-completion method, ensure accurate WIP reporting in coordination with project timelines and financials, and prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Requirements for the Accounting Manager include : a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, 10+ years of accounting experience, and construction accounting experience. QuickBooks experience is preferred, but not required.
