Account Manager
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage key operational and customer service tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Management : Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks, file them in a specific format, and maintain accurate records on a spreadsheet.
- Shipping Coordination : Communicate with the warehouse to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly.
- Digital Access Support : Send eBook access to customers using designated software.
- Billing : Process invoices to the Department of Education after order shipment, adhering to specified formats.
- Payment Tracking : Monitor payments through the Board of Education website and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices.
- Bookkeeping : tracking expenses and income in QuickBooks
- Customer Support : Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly.
- Data Management : Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized records.
- General Management : Support other operational tasks as needed.
