Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst

Overview

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will have experience applying a structured CM methodology (. Prosci preferred) and leading change management position can be local or remote, however this role requires availability to work in the California (Pacific) timezone.

Responsibilities

• Ability to create and apply a Change Management strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Strong communication skills, ability to interact (verbally and written) with senior leadership, technical and impacted resources.
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Assess the change impact.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Support training efforts and provide oversight as needed.
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Wage Data Per State Requirements

Salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
