Location : Cleveland Elementary School - Norman OK. 73069

Schedule : Th e Site Director is expected to report at their site at 6 : 30am- start of school and 15 minutes before school is released until 6 : 15 pm Monday - Friday. (No weekends!) Various hours may be needed at times for work load.

As an AlphaBEST Site Director youll be trained and have the chance to do the following :

• Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.
• Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students parents and school administrators.
• Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the students interests and talents.
• Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
