Key Responsibilities :

• Build and lead a new Finance & Accounting staffing office in Minneapolis
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and account executives.
• Drive both strategic and hands-on business development and recruiting efforts.
• Oversee full P&L and performance metrics for your office.
• Sales & Recruiting (Full Desk).
• Personally produce in the temporary / contract staffing space while growing your team.
• Develop strong client relationships and consistently expand your book of business.
• Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in F&A roles.
• Deliver best-in-class service to clients and candidates, fostering lasting partnerships.
