Billing Analyst II

Optomi is in partnership with a leading organization seeking a detail oriented Billing Analyst to provide critical technical support for their third-party billing systems. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with billing system development and implementation, contributing functional expertise to system design and build activities. The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of billing system experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the confidence to present insights to C-level executives. This position provides the chance to make a meaningful impact on system performance and user experience through continuous improvement initiatives.

• Providing technical support for third-party billing systems and contributing to system development and implementation.
• Analyzing systems for ongoing performance improvements at both user and system levels.

• Working onsite in a collaborative environment (5 days initially, transitioning to 4 days per week).
