Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) to join a well-respected, community-based adult medicine practice located just outside Boston in Allston, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records along with a strong commitment to serve our patient population. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
