Indirect Procurement Buyer

Piper Companies is hiring an Indirect Procurement Buyer for a manufacturing company located in Greensboro, NC. The Indirect Procurement Buyer is responsible for contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management to ensure compliance with all FDA regulations and operational needs. The Indirect Procurement Buyer is a contract opportunity and requires the candidate to sit on site 2-3 days per week in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities of the Indirect Procurement Buyer :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts based on legal templates, incorporating necessary contract language.
• Lead negotiations to resolve red-line contract issues, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Manage procurement for maintenance, janitorial services, engineering services, consulting services, and cleaning crews.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations related to indirect services procurement.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
