3+ years in a Hospital Occ Health Department -  Required

Travel experience -  Preferred

Occupational / employee health experience

Phlebotomy  - Required

BLS (AHA or ARC) -  Required

Adult Population Experience  - Required

COHN, COHN-S, and CAOHC - Preferred

Agility EMR - Preferred
