We are offering a generous $15,000 Sign-On Bonus to be paid out over (24) months.

Location : 1900B Ballington Blvd, Rochester, MN 55901

Salary : $100,000-$125,000 (Based on years of experience)

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM

• Care Center - 40 beds (Mix of TCU and LTC)
• IL - 236 apartments
• AL - 15 apartments
• Memory Care - 47 apartments
