Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Support Representative

Job Summary :

This important role supports ScriptPro’s Financial Advantage, a pharmacy reconciliation platform, with customer level prescription transaction payment processing, including oversight of account receivables, compliance, report generation, and issue resolution. Success in this role relies on strong attention to detail, effective collaboration, and a solid understanding of pharmacy-related financial processes.

Reporting Relationship : Manager, Pharmacy Services Operations

Job Code : Full Time, Non-Exempt

Shift :  Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. This role is remote. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role :

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and insurance payers
• Monitor and manage the import of client sales transmissions
• Retrieve, download, and input payment file data
• Monitor and import daily deposit data
• Reconcile payments and remittance details
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions
• Provide responsive and professional customer service
• Collaborate with other team members and customers to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures to support consistency and compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements related to patient and payment data
• Perform additional duties and support projects as needed
