The opportunity

In this role you ensure that our knowledge management standards are upheld and carry out the domains knowledge plan bringing community content and culture activities to life in line with EYs guidelines. Youll also support transformation innovation and service excellence initiatives helping to shape and streamline consistent knowledge management methods and tools.

Your key responsibilities

• Youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of moderate projects including new technology and process deployments as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
• Youll create and develop project or program scopes and schedules planning and assigning resources to tasks and deliverables as needed. You may also participate in developing and managing the budget.
• Youll develop and apply your knowledge of resources communication and cost management to your projects and programs.
• By analyzing workflow operations youll identify well-thought-out suggestions for improvement.
• Youll facilitate solutions across projects and programs which may include identifying technology improvements and working to establish efficient processes across multiple groups.
• Youll understand and support project and program measurements including the ability to conduct effective process analysis report quality results and collaborate with operations to drive improvements.
• Youll explain complex issues and work to establish consensus communicating issues and status reports to your supervisor and stakeholders.
• Youll provide input into the allocation of resources to meet changing project and program needs.
• Additionally youll develop procedures and coordinate activities within your project or program team which may include vendor management and working directly with both internal and external suppliers.
• Finally youll act as a peer advisor or mentor to other team members.
