Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site a full clinical staff nursing staff and direct care staff.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $60000 to $77000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.ââ

JRI Provides Training So That :

• YOU will be able to provide oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our students.â
• YOU will be able to ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.â
• YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.â
• YOU will be able to lead residential meetings andtrainings andrunsresidential shifts when needed.â
