The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to join their team. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, as well as providing leadership in aligning sales organization objectives with business goals.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a proven track record in leadership, with a minimum of five years of sales or sales management experience. Strong analytical skills, experience in leading corporate initiatives, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential. The role also requires PC proficiency and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
