Job Overview – Staff Pharmacist :

Compensation : $130,000 – $145,000 / year

Location : Carmel, IN

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Our client is hiring a Staff Pharmacist in Carmel, IN. In this weekday role, you will provide pharmacy services in alternate care and home infusion settings, including dispensing medications, managing IV admixture, and educating patients. You will supervise pharmacy technicians, support treatment planning, and ensure compliance with USP

, state, and federal standards.

Responsibilities as the Staff Pharmacist :

• Medication Management : Dispense medications accurately, oversee IV admixture services, and manage administration pumps.
• Patient Assessment : Evaluate therapy appropriateness and suitability for home care patients.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational pharmacy regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of therapy progress, patient communications, and required documentation.
• Collaboration & Leadership : Partner with healthcare providers, participate in patient care conferences, and supervise pharmacy support staff.
