What You'll Do :

As a Personal Trainer, you’ll do more than just lead workouts — you'll coach, mentor, and empower clients on their fitness journeys. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Designing customized workout programs and offering nutritional guidance tailored to individual goals.
  • Delivering 1-on-1 training , conducting fitness assessments, and introducing members to equipment and proper form.
  • Promoting training packages and building your own client base.
  • Staying current with club offerings and engaging in regular trainer team meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing outstanding customer service to all members.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Personal Training Certification from a nationally recognized organization.
  • CPR / AED certification (preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and passion for helping others.
  • A commitment to personal fitness and ongoing development.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to demonstrate exercises, assist members with equipment, and occasionally lift heavy weights.
  • Comfortable working on the gym floor and in a dynamic, active environment.

    • Schedule & Environment :

  • Must be available for a flexible schedule , including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • This role is based in our club, with potential for off-site training and events.
