Join our production team as an Assembly Associate! We are seeking highly detail-oriented individuals who prioritize quality over quantity in their work. This is an excellent Temp to Hire opportunity to become a permanent member of our manufacturing operation.

Hours : 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM

Responsibilities

As an Assembly Associate, you will be primarily responsible for the assembly, quality control, and preparation of products for shipment. Your daily tasks will include :

Assembly : Performing repetitive, precise assembly of products using small components and following standard operating procedures.

Quality Control : Diligently inspecting assembled products to ensure they meet high quality standards before moving to the next stage.

Inventory Verification : Paying close attention to verify the correct small parts are used for each assembly task.

Packaging & Shipping : Assisting with the final packing and preparation of finished goods for shipping.

Process Adherence : Consistently performing the same essential task throughout the workday, maintaining focus and efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Detail Orientation : Must be highly focused on quality and meticulous in performing tasks, especially when working with small parts.

Repetitive Task Management : Ability to stay focused and productive while performing the same task throughout the entire workday.

Manual Dexterity : Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for handling small components.

Physical Demands : Must be able to sit and stand comfortably for extended periods throughout the shift.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $17.00 - $17.00
