Product Manager

Job Title : Product Manager Software & Manufacturing Technology

Position Summary :

We seek a strategic and technically skilled Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of software solutions tailored to the manufacturing industry. This individual will bridge the gap between software engineering, manufacturing operations, and customer needs to deliver impactful digital products that improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and own the product roadmap for manufacturing-focused software solutions.

Collaborate closely with engineering, UX / UI, and stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver high-impact products.

Translate manufacturing workflows and customer pain points into detailed product requirements.

Work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Drive continuous product improvement based on data, customer feedback, and market trends.

Serve as the internal expert on both technical feasibility and manufacturing operations to align product direction.

Manage backlog and sprint planning in Agile development environments.

Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications :

3 - 7 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial SaaS.

Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms, data architecture).

Hands-on experience or strong exposure to manufacturing environments (MES, ERP, IIoT platforms, etc.).

Proven ability to work with technical teams and understand engineering trade-offs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

A bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field, as well as an MBA or advanced degree, is a plus.
