About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Finance team. This role supports Gap Inc. Global Technology Solutions (GTS) teams and is a critical contributor to the monthly forecasting process, variance analysis, and monthly close activities. The ideal candidate will also collaborate cross-functionally with various business partners and key stakeholders to drive strategic insights, support decision‑making, and ensure all financial activities are accurately captured and reflected in our financials.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the development of the monthly financial forecast.
• Analyze actual results versus forecast and prior periods, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and refine projections.
• Provide detailed explanations for variances against forecast, budget, and prior periods.
• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month‑end close process.
• Review contracts and provide financial guidance and forecast implications.
• Highlight trends, risks, and cost optimization opportunities to leadership.

Salary Range : $75,200 - $99,700 USD. Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
