Do you thrive on energy, quotas, and winning? D1 Training Bryant is looking for a Recruiter (Inside Sales) to drive our growth by turning leads into scheduled and confirmed appointments. What You'll Do

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to new leads (Facebook, web, referrals)
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and DMs until they schedule
• Confirm all appointments to maximize show rates
• Hit weekly and monthly KPI targets (Schedule %, Show %)
• Collaborate with the GM to hand off scheduled appointments for closing
• Track results daily on the recruiter scoreboard
