Supply Chain Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, supplier management, ERP system oversight, and material coordination for BESS projects and associated components. This role manages the end-to-end supply chain process, from RFP through contract execution, supplier qualification, ERP implementation / maintenance, and material logistics. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate across functions to ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant delivery of materials and services. The role may require up to 15% travel and is based in San Francisco, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Supply Chain & ERP Management

• Lead procurement of BESS, cells, modules, battery racks, inverters, PCS, transformers, controllers, skid integrators, and contract manufacturers.
• Manage ERP system setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization to support supply chain workflows (e.g., supplier master data, purchase orders, contract management, inventory tracking).
• Develop demand and supply plans aligned with business and project needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, new vendors, and tariff / market risks.
• Implement procurement strategies that balance cost, schedule, and compliance.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
