Bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist

We are a dynamic, growth-driven organization committed to expanding our global reach. Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional value to clients across diverse markets. As we scale, we're seeking a bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist to help us build meaningful relationships and drive revenue in French- and English-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound sales outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to generate qualified leads
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects in both French and English-speaking markets
  • Present and promote products / services tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on outreach performance
  • Attend virtual or in-person client meetings as needed

Requirements :

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client outreach
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across cultures
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Confident and consistent
