We are looking for a proactive Production Manager to lead the fabrication, welding, and CNC operations on the day shift. Your role will involve ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the development of team members.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of 60-70 employees in fabrication and welding to meet production targets and enhance resource utilization.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve processes using Lean and Six Sigma principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Define, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators such as OEE, scrap, rework, and first-pass yield.
• Manage CNC operations and welding / fabrication practices to ensure effectiveness, quality, and reliability.
• Implement Lean tools like 5S and visual management to improve operational stability.
• Introduce new technologies and automation to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Manage budgets and contribute to strategic planning for capital investments.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of customer orders while overcoming production challenges.
