Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in marketing promotion or marketing management, with at least 3 years of team management experience. Candidates with experience in technology companies or the internet industry are preferred.
• Proficient in market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitor analysis, with the ability to provide decision‑making support for the company’s marketing strategies based on market data.
• Able to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns, including brand promotion, product promotion, and marketing communications, ensuring efficient implementation and performance evaluation.
• Familiar with both digital and traditional marketing methods, with experience in social media management, SEO / SEM, and email marketing; capable of integrating online and offline resources for marketing promotion.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate team and cross‑departmental resources to ensure timely completion of marketing projects and achievement of expected goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to liaise effectively with external vendors, media, and partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use marketing analysis tools and software to regularly evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose optimization suggestions.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of preparing marketing analysis reports, promotional proposals, and collaborating with Chinese and Hong Kong team members.
