    The Company is seeking a Divisional Merchandise Manager (DMM) to take on a pivotal role as a business owner and category strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a compelling merchandising strategy that not only drives profitable growth but also deepens the emotional connection with fans. This includes owning the end-to-end assortment strategy for e-commerce, leading a team of merchants, and working in close partnership with various internal functions to ensure the vision is brought to life. The DMM will be expected to shape the company's point of view in the category, build a balanced assortment, and own the financial performance of the division.

    Applicants for the DMM position at the company should have deep senior-level experience in merchandising, with a proven track record in complex, omnichannel retail environments. The role requires a leader with strong financial and operational acumen, strategic thinking, and a fan-centric mindset. The DMM will be the face of the company to key brand partners and vendors, so the ability to build collaborative relationships and negotiate favorable terms is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic merchant, team builder, and visionary operator, ready to lead boldly and drive a lasting impact. A passion for product, speed, innovation, and culture is a must, as is the ability to stay connected to the voice of the fan and monitor the competitive landscape to ensure market agility.
