Pay Rate / Range : $18 / hr

Description : Seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a local aircraft manufacturing facility. The HR Coordinator supports Human Resources initiatives by coordinating projects maintaining HR data and assisting with various HR functions. This Human Resources Coordinator role ensures compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities include :

Assisting with projects related to training safety and other HR-related initiatives

Supporting payroll data entry billing reconciliation and communication management

Preparing performance metric reports and presentations on HR data (such as KPIs)

Providing administrative support to the HR team

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required

Bilingual candidates preferred

Prior experience in project management HR assistant roles or familiarity with HRIS systems preferred

LMS experience preferred but not required

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
