Champion Care is seeking a creative, outgoing, and motivated Community Marketer to help strengthen our brand and relationships throughout the community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys community outreach, marketing, public relations, and event coordination and wants to make a real difference in healthcare.

If you’re social-media savvy, people-oriented, and love bringing others together, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll represent Champion Care across local communities, partnering with organizations, hosting events, and sharing the stories that make our mission come alive.

Responsibilities :

• Build relationships with local churches, senior centers, hospitals, and community organizations to promote awareness of our programs and services.
• Plan and host monthly “Champion in the Community” events such as health fairs, caregiver appreciation days, and local business collaborations.
• Represent Champion Care at festivals, fairs, and community events to increase visibility and engagement.
• Develop grassroots referral pipelines through authentic community connections.
• Use social media to share stories, photos, and testimonials that highlight the impact of our work.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and marketing teams to drive referral growth and community engagement.
