Description

The HRGeneralist supports the full range of HR functions partnering with managers and employees to ensure effective and compliant HR practices. Responsibilities include recruitment onboarding benefits administration performance management policy application and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Administer employee benefit programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits eligibility and life events.
• Assist in the administration of leave programs and ensure compliance with related regulations.
• Support recruitment and selection processes including sourcing screening and onboarding new employees.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and maintain HR records and documentation.
• Assist managers with performance management processes including reviews coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions compensation structures and HR policies.
• Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and prepare related reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices trends and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
