High Level Project details :

A Scrum Master will directly support leading the successful implementation of technical solutions through effective planning and execution throughout all phases of our agile project management methodology. This role will work directly with teams to implement best practices, ensure that business goals are clearly defined and attainable, and support identifying and removing obstacles while learning and having hands-on technologies with the cloud team engineers and vendors.

Must Have Skills :

• 2-4 years of experience in managing agile projects (software development projects, cloud engineering projects, automation tools and observability projects)
• Telecom experience highly preferred
• Hands-on data analysis and projects KPIs build.
• Hands-on quality control tools and techniques (6 sigma, Kaizen, or Lean)
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements, quickly identify problems, and collaboratively find creative solutions.
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle in any of the following environments : Agile, SAFE, Waterfall, etc.
• Hands-on DevOps Experience and ability to manage CI / CD pipelines
• Stays relevant through ongoing trainings, conferences, or education in one or more of the following disciplines :
• Security Capabilities
• Business Intelligence
• Software Quality
• Data Modelling, Classification, and Control
• Management / Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Good knowledge of the telecom networks, platforms, systems and tools build processes and projects' deployment and operations structure.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring that our products and services meet our high operational excellence standards.
• Document all aspects of the project including requirements, risks, issues, project schedules, and meeting agendas / notes.
• Quickly escalates issues to other groups or departments where support is needed and tracks for resolution and completion.
