A nationally recognized environmental and infrastructure consulting firm is seeking a Principal Environmental Planning to lead major CEQA / NEPA projects, mentor staff, and drive business development across the Los Angeles region.

This position offers the chance to play a key leadership role in expanding an established planning practice, with strong support from regional and national technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and oversight of EIRs, EAs, IS / MNDs , and related CEQA / NEPA documentation.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure technical excellence, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Los Angeles-area public agencies, municipalities, and private clients.
• Mentor and develop a small team of environmental professionals.
• Support marketing efforts, proposal development, and strategic growth initiatives throughout Southern California.
