Direct Care Staff / Mental Health

We have a variety of part-time shifts available at our Madison, IL housing site : Every other Saturday day shift Every other Sunday day shift Every Saturday day shift Every Sunday day shift Every Sunday evening shift Every Monday evening shift Responsibilities Provide consumer-driven services such as assessment, therapy, community support, and medication services. Use evidence-based practices that focus on skill building and individual, roommate, family, and group therapy. Link clients to additional clinical resources. Assume leadership role with little to no guidance and oversight. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health / wellness, and spirituality / connectedness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and CADC certification OR master's degree. Valid driver's license, private auto insurance, and must be insurable. The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $21.35 - $24.31 an hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to : job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
