job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFlexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Careers Advancement Care for residents by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care Maintain records of resident care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the Program Coordinator. Build relationships with residents by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert. Give medications and assist in medical appointments. Engage residents in exercises or other activities A high school diploma or GED is required. A driver's license is necessary. CPR certification must be acquired before providing services, and we can assist with the training.
