Responsibilities include :

• Manage, train, monitor, and coach Team / Crew Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops
• Direct and assign employees to ensure operational standards are met
• Adhere to and monitor employee compliance with company policies
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control
• Complete weekly inventory
• Assist in administrative duties and documentation
• Reinforce a customer service mentality among employees
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guest requests and complaints
