Optomi in partnership with a leading global enterprise is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a high-impact team driving a global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployment across thousands of applications worldwide. This role requires an experienced, detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced enterprise environments and can confidently interface with executive stakeholders.
Must Haves :
- 10–15+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale programs or projects
- Proven experience deploying enterprise-wide Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
- Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools such as Okta, Ping, ACME, Keystone, Active Directory, etc.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Agile, Scrum, and PMP background (certification preferred, not required)
- Ability to translate executive-level communication into actionable deliverables
- Strong documentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint, risk logs, issue tracking, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Experience managing enterprise-scale rollouts with multiple global stakeholders
- Flexibility to work across U.S. time zones
