POSITION - Substations Clerk

NUMBER OF OPEN POSITIONS : 1

LOCATION : CMP - ME-Portland Serv Building

HOURLY RATE RANGE : $27.38 - $34.97

Responsibilities

• Processes labor and material through the Work Management System using Global SAP.
• Completes processes and routes purchase orders.
• Maintains records.
• Performs clerical functions including typing photocopying operating of all office equipment including a personal computer and radio create purchase orders
• Performs material management functions using Global SAP including ordering stock as needed receiving and verifying contents are accurate as well as mailing items via UPS or FedEx as needed.
• Assists the Service Administrations group on a regular basis with any needs they may have.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
