Occupational Therapist - North Carolina

Locations - Pinehurst, Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Raeford, Greensboro, Sanford

Job Type :   Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the sensory, motor, and functional needs of children on the autism spectrum.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based occupational therapy techniques and strategies.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, and behavior analysts, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each child.

Provide direct occupational therapy services to children, targeting areas such as fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and activities of daily living.

Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.

Experience working with children on the autism spectrum, preferably in an ABA setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
