We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Assistant Community Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of an apartment community at Elton Park Corktown Apartments in Detroit. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships at Elton Park Corktown Apartments in Detroit!

Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize paperwork.
• Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects.
• Special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Show apartments, process applications, and other leasing activities.
• Assist with rent collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivables.
