At Valmont, Fitters play a vital role in bringing our products to life. You’ll work on the structural foundation of the steel components that support infrastructure across the globe — from utility poles and communication towers to lighting and transportation structures. Your attention to detail, ability to read prints, and commitment to quality help ensure everything we build is strong, aligned, and built to last.

As a Fitter, you’ll lay the groundwork for welders and fabricators by interpreting blueprints, aligning parts, and prepping steel components for final assembly. Your precision and layout skills help ensure the structural integrity of every finished product. Your responsibilities include :
