What You'll Do

Meet face-to-face with small and mid-sized business owners in your territory

Offer supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their employees' needs

Build your own book of business and set your own schedule

Handle follow-ups with current and prospective clients

Attend team calls and stay aligned with your sales manager

Submit daily activity and metrics (we keep it simple and focused)

What You'll Earn

$78,000–$98,000 / year (draw + commissions + bonuses)

Weekly draw pay during onboarding (first 6 weeks)

Commission kicks in immediately—your effort = your income

You Bring

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to get licensed in Health & Life (we'll help)

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of post-high school work experience (exceptions made for sales experience or near-completion of degree)

Schedule

Monday to Friday (full time independent contractor)

Occasional weekends as needed (optional travel)
