Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience : Minimum 5 years of business or technical writing experience.

Working knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review documents related to procurement activities (purchase orders, service agreements, vendor contracts, modifications, and amendments).

Create detailed contract documentation, including scope of services, performance requirements, and terms and conditions.

Develop clear and consistent language for delivery, service quality, and pricing of products or services.

Collaborate with departments to ensure all documentation meets state requirements and internal procedures.

Maintain an internal documentation library and coordinate special documentation projects.

Provide oversight for special assignments as needed.

Demonstrate strong organizational, writing, and project management skills.

Create new contractual language based on business needs (not only use templates).

Handle multiple document management projects and guide junior staff when necessary.
