Key Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle technical recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
Develop and implement scalable recruiting processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in the aerospace or defense industry
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to build and implement recruiting processes
Strong sourcing skills for identifying passive candidates
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
