Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant assists the Occupational Therapist in the practice of occupational therapy to include development deficits, activities of daily living work conditioning, range of motion, coordination, balance endurance, cognition, and exercise programs to restore function and increase strength. This role will focus on a Pelvic-Health-centered caseload, but certainly is open and excited to consider those licensed OTAs that are interested in learning more about the specialty regardless of prior experience with it.
